Outcomes
| 1. | Newcomers, the unchurched, seekers, and people of all sorts will experience our congregation as an open and welcoming community. |
| 2. | Each person will be encouraged and facilitated in discerning, developing and exercising their God-given gifts in ministry. |
| 3. | There will be a fruitful and effective ministry with children and youth. |
| 4. | Adults will pursue the life long journey of spiritual formation (growing emotionally, spiritually, intellectually and theologically as followers of Jesus and connecting our faith with our ministry in daily life). |
| 5. | In vital worship we will experience God through varieties of music as an expression of our faith and as worshippers are invited to share their experiences of the God who is still speaking in our lives. |
| 6. | Many will participate in a variety of small groups for discipleship nurture, pastoral care and support and to carry out specific mission. |
| 7. | There will be a well defined mission to the surrounding community that is owned by our congregation. |
| 8. | We will be an active voice for justice locally and globally. |
| 9. | The congregation will engage in interfaith and intercultural dialogue to promote mutual understanding in the larger community. |
